My jem is Evo, and is the same as steve vai's JEM7V, But the handle of the tremolo is moving like that. So when i play with the tremolo and i release the handle is still moving..
@RivaldoRamli Either you have to tighten the tremolo bar with an alan wrench from underneath the floating system, under where the bar goes in; /or, change the little plastic washer rings on the whammy bar. ?? hope that helps.

Thank, here are some good tips.
Also fake jem's are very often at bargain price.
Best advice would be just stop believing you can get a true jem at theses ridiculous price.
