Bluetooth compatibility with headsets on the original iphone is the most important thing I hope 3.0 update solves. I use a motorokr s9 on the first gen iphone; and although there is pleasure in no wires; I can only get sound out of one channel. Certainly issues like these need to be solved in 3.0.

You have always been able to open multiple tabs. The button on the bottom right hand corner allows you to open a new tab, and just view the currently open tabs and switch amongst them.

Yes. Some features, such as MMS, will of course not be present but most of the updates, such as copy and paste and universal search, will be available for the ipod touch.

As of now there is no video recording option while using the OS but people have found evidence in the code that this will be an option down the road.

You didn't show that that MMS did actually send out, niether to yourself or to someone else. You hit cancel, and then did a regular SMS. Apple has disabled MMS and reported that they will not release MMS in the U.S. in ANY beta version. Good video otherwise.

That is my fault. I went into the video planning to show sending an MMS message but when I went to take a picture I didn't have anything to shoot and for some reason just decided to skip it. In any event, I can confirm that I have sent MMS messags to AT&T and verizon wireless.
