Felt like "Crazy/Beautiful" (2001), shot from the perspective of the girl;  Added with a touch of "In her shoes" (2005) for the move to the grand parents by the wild child +a few other movies. Ment to have dark humor, but with Duff...and I love the Duff...it just didn't work.

Would have love to see her play this as a young college, or 18 on her way to college. Transition from teen to the real world would be more relateable than 16. Bad script...Good cast...Great Duff.
