i get the same thing but my ping is low and my internet couldnt be better please help me and also when people chat i only see ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please if u can pls help!

yea i have had that too it usually because of either you have slow internet or have shity quality of internet.
Mind this is not saying speed but how stable it is connecting to the server you were on i did see a high spike in there on ur ping.
It either that or your video card needs to be updated or upgraded.

Yo, if your using vista on wireless....get something like vista anti lagg or WLAN
