I wonder if I could ask you to direct me towards a chart/chords that would display how to play this in F. I believe you're playing in Bb but that proves a bit high for my voice. Any assistance is much appreciated.

@Devlars The Seventh Day Adventist Hymnal has it is A Flat; that is the only hymnal that I know that has it in a lower key. Even in that key, if you are not a tenor or soprano it will stretch you a bit...lol
