yeah..eating raw meat as beef tartar when it's prepared in a sanitary environment is one thing. Eating raw meat when it's covered with flies (and probably has fly eggs in it) is another thing.

Raw meat however, is delicious if it is prepared in a sanitary way. I think raw fish (sushi) is much tastier than cooked fish.

In the same vein, I much prefer my steaks rare rather than well-done.

Cooking food is for sanitary considerations, not for taste.
