  • thank god we are dying from something, nobody is changing my diaper for 25 years....when and if i make 75 i am entering the ididerod...where they find me ,they can leave a pleque.....

  • Studies show little difference in health of omnivore vs vegetarian diet when the only difference is no meat. But when both diets remove processed foods, vegetables oils, sugars and eat natural food, health improves. So therefore it doesn't prove that meat is the problem. Infact, vegetarians lack B12 and have higher homocysteine levels. Perhaps meat isn't necessary, as shown in many Asian diets, but saying meat is the cause of disease is a little ridiculous when you have so many other factors.

  • This is bullshit I'm sorry. I don't eat sugars, fast foods or sweets. But I do eat a lot of animal fats and eggs. My cholesterol is lower and has a better ratio since doing this. Extremely high processed carbs will destroy your body more than anything else!

  • much meat also increases aggressive behaviour and tendencies.

  • ive been doing the gym for 20 years , have the same body I did when i was 21 , i eat egg whites and drink organic skimmed milk and drink + 2 liters of water a day ( no Fluoride )

w.out eggs n milk I wld turn into a skeleton....

maybe you are directing this at fat people or people that are not physiclly active?

  • @doordangle Just curious, what makes you think you'd turn into a skeleton if you removed milk and eggs from your diet?

  • @doordangle

There is nothing in eggs or milk that you cant get from a vegan diet, so your comment is invalid. Your like an addict telling yourself fact less statements...i woulf DIE without smoking...I would get sick if i stoped getting meat....blah blah...learn more about foods and how our bodies work.

  • @doordangle You mentioned a key word "fluoride". This has been poisoning millions of people for over half a century. Thyroid dysfunction is the most notable and is affecting weight.

  • The thyroid disrupts our metabolize - it is our body regulator. My doctor told me this after the fact... they know - it's toxic waste. The solution to pollution is dilution.

    I was a filter.

  • You're a real doctor! I needed these medical facts. Thank you!!!

  • why do eskimo have the lowest rates of heart disease?but still live off of seal fat?people who live in the high elevations function with low oxygen.HUMANS are adapted to their ancestral enviroment based on the best genetics to reach reproductive age.

  • @sierrahawk By eating wild game it is no doubt a healthier choice over factory farmed, antibiotic injected, diseased animals, and of course wild game would lack further chemical preserves and additives. Eskimo's live much shorter lifespans - they do not make the top 10 list for longevity and although they seem to have lower rates of heart disease, they do have high rates of cancer.

  • @DianeDi "Cancer rates have been skyrocketing among the Inuit people—a dramatic rise that researchers say can be traced to changes in smoking, diet, and other lifestyle factors, according to a review published in the September issue of The Lancet Oncology."

"Their eating habits also underwent a major shift, moving from a high-protein, fish-based diet to a high-carbohydrate, more traditional Western diet."

  • @Dreamer00JK

Cancer rates have been skyrocketing alright, but not just among the Inuit folks ---- this is epidemic across North America.

  • You should have a look at my featured video

~ Confirmed ~ Cancer Deaths Linked to Water Fluoridation - Dr. Dean Burk

    /watch?v=qq_oQoTdnYc

  • This dates back the the 70's - I have another archive clip that goes back to the '50s --- this is deliberate -- /watch?v=PYi-_QzF9Tk

All of this just makes me sick.

  • @DianeDi Diane, I agree and like most of the stuff you put on your page about health, water fluoridation is one of them. But I don't agree that natural meat is unhealthy or unnatural to us.

  • @Dreamer00JK Grain/grass fed & free range R no doubt a better life for the lucky few, but after all I've seen, it's not 4 me ever again. I was a big meat/dairy consumer -I have yet to see any animal that would want to give it's life for our plates. I see all meat as flesh & I can say with confidence our health would improve without it.

Although I realize far more insidious poisons R threatening the human race, by design? - perhaps -but do realize the suffering of animals for food.

  • I admire anyone that can appreciate the life of another animal - but I can't imagine myself raising or killing other beings. Again, I know some raise their own food, but I prefer what grows from the ground. My grandparents ate very little meat, it was too expensive, it was a rich persons diet - and those that enjoyed the flesh had more disease and still do, except now it's been adulterated. Let's never forget corporate fast food that is poisoning the masses with MSG and aspartame.

  • American food is tainted with poisons, all of it including plants / fruits. The worst is the drugs they put in our water like fluoride, we're fucked either way. Unless you get organic foods, but then again; how do we really know they are truly organic and not just a label they put on the same foods sprayed w/ poisonous pesticides? I believe humans are meant to eat both veggies and meat. How did the white people evolving in caves in Europe eat plants in the snowy winters? Someone educate me!

  • All Food is good for us''' Its about how it is processed that is the issue'''' it has nothing to do with meat and dairy being bad or grains''' if these are all raw or dehydrated it will affect the body positively!!! Go Raw and experience the difference'''

if you think your lactose intolerent think again raw organic milk is extremely benefical and you won't be affected by it like pasturized milk but make sure it is organic'''''

  • informative and important to know. thanks for the upload

  • I LOVE to eat cold cereal. I can live on fruity cheerios and regular cheerios. I also take in a good amount of 1% milk with this cereal, am I putting myself at risk with that milk? And by the way I dislike 2% milk, it is too heavy but I fully enjoy 1%.

  • @redmetrix I'm afraid you're not going to like the answer, but YES you are putting yourself at health risk. Milk is for babies. Humans are the only species on the planet that drinks milk after being weaned, and then, we drink it from another mammal. Milk is liquid meat and it doesn't do a body good.

Have a look at my main page featured video "Milk the Deadly Poison" and read a couple of studies, in the description, that links dairy consumption with breast and prostate cancer.

  • @DianeDi I had a feeling that milk wasn't as good for a person as some say it is. Even 1% milk does not necessarily have a very low saturaded fat content; that's the number that concerns me a bit with anything I eat. This video really caught my attention, and I'm happy that I came across it. I am a male, 20 years of age, I've been really watching what I eat since I was 15. Listening to this guy has certainly changed my thoughts about certain foods.

  • @redmetrix I wish I knew all this when I was 20, boy things would have been very different. I was in shock when I realized that in reality, we are being deliberately mislead about what we consume. I have a number of other very informative videos under my main page description. The direct links are provided. Check them out when you have time.

  • @redmetrix Oh, one other thing this video doesn't mention, and that is all dairy products are directly related to breast and prostate cancer.

My feature video on milk, has links to Pub Med science studies. In my mind, this should be big news, but I guess it would pretty much kill a multi billion dollar industry.

  • This video referred by my Dr.

  • Ive just been discussing this topic with americans and they actually thought we werent as fat in Europe because we dont have enough food or cant afford enough food... Enough food to become american-fat.

The level of stupidity and arrogance is staggering in USA. Im sad to say. The reason you are fat over there is obviously not money related but the fact that you eat cheap processed rubbish hardly ment for human consumption instead of the real thing.

  • @Janusha Bravo for you for telling it like it is. It seems the majority of people are so conditioned to eat garbage and are too lazy to take the time to prepare healthy alternatives. They eventually become part of the medical industry (a very profitable and driving force). They enjoy billions in profit while heart disease, cancer and lists of other very preventable diseases continue to rise. It's time to turn off the brainwashing TV.

  • Oh there is no space here for telling it how it is.

However Ive been in a car crash 2 years back and felt I was totally getting out of shape from being inactive. Instead of sitting at home reading endless ramblings from idiots telling me diets, pils, gym would "change my life" I instead packed my bike on the plane and went to Crete and bicycled between the cities in 40degree heat for a few weeks. Im in much better shape mentally and physically rather than sitting at home counting calories.

  • @Janusha Not all Americans are as you say, stupid and arrogant. There has been a very craftily planned media takeover in America. The fluoride in the water supply among other factors has resulted in pseudo science and a nation of confused people. Confused is NOT stupid. Confused is NOT arrogance. It takes time to turn a ship.

  • @discoversil I agree and you mentioned fluoride - oh a real passion of mine. I would like to encourage others to see my main page featured video "FLUORIDE: The Bizarre History". Once people understand the truth about where this toxic substance came from and why, they might understand why the majority of people are truly confused - oh and definitely mislead and lied to.

  • @DianeDi Thank you for making these videos available. I watched 'Fluoride: The Bizarre History', which prompted my subscription to your videos then watched this one. I have taken this info and already educated three others. All well received. I know of at least three organic gardens being started this spring. The only one that can be responsible for ones health is each one. THANK YOU.

  • @discoversil An after thought on your comment. I'm glad to hear that Food That Kills was well received, however a really great documentary is EATING. I have the link on my main page under my description. Left side scroll down. That is the film that changed the way I do just about everything. For me it was truly life altering.

I really appreciate your feedback and am so glad that the many hours a day I spend spreading information, that people are actually listening. ;o)

  • @discoversil

So its all a big conspiracy then. They put poison in your water suppy that turned ever american into "confused" flagwaving fat fools. Wow.... way to go.

  • @Janusha It is definitely driving by profit and greed. The meat and dairy industry - which is subsidized (by tax payers) also lobby's with government to pass food guidelines. We've absolutely been lied to just like the toxic waste dumped into most water supplies in North America. Dumbing us down = fluoride, aspartame, msg, food additives, prescription drugs and most industrial/prepared/fast food is toxic to some degree. Realizing all of this is the first step.

  • I know perfectly well how the US food industry is run and most of them should be in prison. But thats true for most american multibillion dollar corporations. In your fine country, you got 2-3 major insurance and banking conglomerates, 3 major car companies, 2 major food companies and 3 central oil companies. And you got 2 political parties. Its the illusion of choice while infact your nation is run by a select few individuals. ONLY in america are capitalist companies allowed to run the show.

  • @DianeDi We don't need to factory farm. Go vegan and eat vegan burgers and vegan foods.

  • THX FOR SHARING THIS INFORMATION !!

  • Umad brah? Good, you should be. Because if you want to be a good vegetarian, all you need to do is Shut. The fuck. Up. Nobody wants to hear how us meat eaters are going to hell for eating a steak, and apparently you think this whole "Meat thing" is a governmental conspiracy or some shit like that. Im done talking to crazy conspiracists, and if your turning vegetarians vs meat eaters into that, you just better shut up.

    Seriously.

  • Eating prossesed foods is sooooooooo much different than actually eating the real meat, you can remove the fat, and the survey is only taken in America, where we were losing our motivation for physical activity. Meat as protien and fat, and you can't strenghten muscles and become stronger without it.

  • @TomahawkTerror I hate to disagree, but I must... Look up Joe Rollino or Carl Lewis... just two of many out there. I don't want to argue about this... I once ate meat and all animal products. I was just amazed at what was truly the "truth" and after much research I now have a major change of heart. Please, don't take my word for anything, do your own, independent research, just like I did. We are being lied to... big time and to be quite honest, I am mad as hell.

  • @TomahawkTerror So how do horses and elephants get strong muscles?

You need to do your homework.

  • @lmjhoney

Those animals are constantly active and are developed that way, PEOPLE AREN'T.

    Homework's finished, where is yours?

  • @TomahawkTerror you are an idiot

  • Oh, i know perfectly well that you are self centered assholes who use samefag accounts. How is that saving my life believing otherwise?

But yeah, I almost see your point, and I respectfully punch you in the face.

  • Alright diana, convienently ignore the fact you and your samefags are self centered asshats, and what everyone else says.

  • @TheAmazingTmann Listen, Mr. 18 year old... know it all. You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, only what your parents and mainstream media and advertising have taught you. You are just annoyed because you have nothing to show this is wrong. No proof, because there is NONE ! Wake up young man, it just might save your life.

  • I actually fell for this sort of stuff in my late 20's ..I adopted a near vegan diet : sprouted seeds/beansprouts ; eating grains like quinoa, rice all wholegrain mind you. And I ate salads and lightly steamed vegetables. Plus extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, avocadoes, berries, pulses, yada yada..

I persisted, and ate no junk food at all (I still eat no junk food at all)...Basically over 10 years of this type of eating I lost health, I lost weight, I was a nervous wreck, teeth fell out too

  • @2610dennis Well you would probably be the one and only person I've heard that said this. Heck, even I don't maintain my diet from sprouted seeds and beansprouts. I eat all veggies and fruit, grains and beans. Do you drink fluoridated water?

  • @DianeDi No, our water supply is not fluoridated. I really thought this diet would work. I believed meat and dairy, animal foods were 'toxic' just like you are promoting.

Then I convinced myself to persist through what I thought were 'healing reactions'.

But no, I lost weight down to 9 stone, I was set on anxious mode 24/7.

I still eat home-grown fruit and vegetables now, but I include free-range organic eggs, raw milk, meat (mainly winter time for meat), fish sometimes.Weight is 10st

    Best, Den

  • And seeing as your other video shows how "milk is a deadly poison," people have been drinking milk since forever. How come we are still here, assholes?

  • Oh, gee, ONE OLYMPIC VEGAN? Damn, I wonder how hard it is to find someone who EATS MEAT AND IS STRONG.

Your logic fails. Just because 1 person worth noting is a vegan doesnt mean the rest of you are self centered brittle bones.

  • And eating meat doesnt put too much protein in your diet. People have been eating meat since forever, and we're still here. Want to explain why that is?

  • @TheAmazingTmann It's called "degenerative diseases". They don't happen over night it takes 20 to 30 years in most cases. Google Dr. McDougall and do a search on his database "red meat". Consuming flesh or any animal by-product is one in the same, they do far more harm than good. People are much sicker now than they were - heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer.... basically it's the Western Diet. Cultures that consume little or no meat = less disease and longevity.

  • @TheAmazingTmann Wild meat is perfectly okay, if you can get it. Domesticated meat is the stuff with fat in it. If you hunt, stock up on that deer meat.

  • @barkulator 'Wild meat" ?? My point being "hello"... what is wild meat, something you decide ? Meat is flesh, chicken, duck, deer, cow, pig, veal, rabbit - whether from human, or other mammal. Wild or domesticated - it ALL contains fat, cholesterol and goodness knows a number of other diseases. Eat all you want of fruit and veg, plus starches - rice, potatoes and whole grain pastas. You will never hear about fat or heart disease. Prove me wrong... I beg of you.

  • @DianeDi This is what a teacher told us. Wild meat has nutrients (the lecture was from the early '90's so I forget exactly) ie amino acids and no fat at all. Domesticated cows are really bad for you, but deer meat is all right. I still wouldn't make a steady diet of it. I think we were able to tolerate a *little* meat when we were cavepeople as a survival hedge. I'm not sure what feral people ate for best health, but it ain't hamburgers. Humans adapted worldwide to a variety of foods...

  • @barkulator I think you are correct, meaning that flesh products, obtained in the wild, were far & few between & mostly for survival. These days, people "depend" upon animal products in everything 3 & 4 times per day. The animal "SLUDGE" never leaves their veins.

No doubt once a week meat was good & organic the norm. At least that's what my parents told me. These days, it's in everything. Just look at processed, packaged and fast food, full of fat, cholesterol & chemicals. GMO too!

  • "Supersize Me" shows a guy who eats straight McDonald's and has normal cholesterol. Some people are militant about eating meat. Personally, fat, even peanut butter, mentally slows me down. I think the prof said wild deer has *no* fat in it, zero, none. IOW, you can eat all you want. Militant meat eaters might think they are happy eating it. Maybe *some* people are naturally adapted to it. I don't think I am, tho. I get a literal buzz from some veggies, none from meat. I think...

  • I'm personally happier not eating red meat. I'd rather take my chances not eating it. The lady across the street smoked, drank, and ate meat cooked on a wood fire, and she got colon cancer and died in her early 40's. I'd rather take my chances with boiled zucchini. The Dr is right lol you never hear of someone overdoing it on veggies. Lots of militant idiots make a lot of noise for a little while and then it's quiet. Why? Because they are DEAD. lol

  • @barkulator Please, start to see that red meat, is white meat, it's also fish, it's all from a "face" it had blood running through it. It is all the same. From everything I know and have researched I would rather eat red meat than ever eat any dairy products again. Dairy truly is the cause or at least the promotion of all cancers and autoimmune diseases that we know today.

With all that said - I still choose to eliminate all animals from my plate, with a face or with a mother.

  • @DianeDi Well you can do that if that's the kind of world you want to live in. Some people just don't want to live in peace you know, good luck but keep trying to make your points.

I've watched the whole vid and next up is the milk vid. Now here I thought milk was okay, it works for me and seems to help me sleep. I have mood swings and energy swings and lots of bipolars like me swear the problem originates in their guts--they say they can feel it--but the diet solution is unknown.

  • @barkulator Please, see that red meat, is white meat, it's also fish, it's all from a "face" it had blood running through it. It is all flesh / meat. From everything I know and have researched I would rather eat red meat than ever eat any dairy products again. Dairy truly is the promotion of all cancers and autoimmune diseases that we know today. With all that said - I still choose to eliminate all animals from my plate, with a face or with a mother. It took my a while to realize this.

  • Forgive me for what? Did you know that you moral vegetarians kill millions of animals in your combines alone?

Stop believing you are oh so morally superior to us for eating lettuce, when you still kill animals. Shut. The fuck. Up.

  • I like how biased this is, they only presents the one side of the arugment, What about the benefits of meat? Protein? Red meat is what drives our brain to imagine and drives us to suceed. There is NO nutrients in vegtables.

  • @NATHANmagyar Sorry to disagree with you, but you are dead wrong on all points. Perhaps when you do a little independent research, and prove that statement - don't bother posting here.

  • @DianeDi

So do you have any facts to support Red Meat not being beneficial to human productivity in that the sufficent protein resources or promoting thought in the brain?

Now tell me this, who would win, naturally in a fight, A person who consumes red meat once a weak, or somebody who eats plants?

Now don't say it's beneficial too the environment by eating vegtables, your depriving animals of their natural food resources, so are you any better than the corporate giants in that sense?

  • @NATHANmagyar It's called "degenerative diseases".

  • @NATHANmagyar Carl Lewis is a vegan and has won 10 Olympic Gold Medals,/watch?v=bOTETXwfIaY

    and

Joe Rollino, world's strongest man, died just recently at age 104. I wonder how long he could have lived as he was hit by a minivan. I will send you the MSNBC news video through PM.

  • @NATHANmagyar Lastly, 75% of the corn and soy grown is used to feed animals for human consumption. This would feed a lot of people. It takes between 10 to 16 lbs. of grain to make one lb. of beef. In addition to the water used to grow the corn and soy in the first place, if takes 2,500 gallons of water for every pound of beef produced. Multiply all of the above by the number of animals consumed world wide (something close to 90 Billion) and I think you'll see the benefit to the environment.

  • @NATHANmagyar One other thing I forgot to mention.... It wouldn't be depriving animals from their natural food sources. Cows eat grass naturally - corn and soy are an unnatural food source. Something else to think about - 90 Billion animals poop about 10 tons each per year - based on a 1,000 lb. cow. Most stand knee deep in it until slaughter. Methane emissions also contribute substantially to environmental damage.

  • @DianeDi

Well I did not know that the lived in such putrid conditions pre slaughter, I knew about this in the Fast Food industry, your video has stopped me from eating fast food as frequently just because of the substantial evidence.

  • @NATHANmagyar

    The ancient gladiators were vegetarians.

  • @MrZofty That's absolutely correct. Thanks for mentioning this, most people have no idea. The strongest man in the world Joe Rollino just died at 104, hit by a minivan if you can believe it - he was vegan. People don't realize the power of a plant based diet!

  • @MrZofty The gladiators were also slaves.

  • @AkumaXKami And your point is...??

By the way... Did you know that there are 470.000.000 Vegetarians in India... How do they survive without all the "benefits" from meat... :)

  • @MrZofty Actually they where Vegans...

Early Vegetarianism was all clean of animal products...

Also very funny to always hear the "Where do vegetarians get their protein from"...

Well, where do big animals like gorilla's, bison's, elephant's and other "hi powered" animals get their protein to build muscles...

Fact is we where NOT created to eat meat and therefor we don't need meat to sustain a long and healthy life... Period..!!

  • I bet the current wheat and potato consumption is taking place with burgers and fries.

  • ewwww man i'm glad i watched this ,but its still sick.

  • @dedrawilliams Watching this probably saved my life... we are what we eat and in the early part of this century (before big corporations) we ate grains and corn, and beans, etc... once a week maybe, a little meat. Today the world revolves around fast food and factory farms. My heart aches for these animals. Chickens should live to around 25 years old, yet KFC allows them only 6 weeks and only the females. Males are ground up at birth. What a sad world we live in.

  • I say go fuck yourself. Dont try to control what I fucking eat.

  • @Yourvidssuckasshole I would never try to control what anyone eats, all I have ever done was present facts and truth that mainstream will never do. There's just too much money to loose, so with that said, you rude little being, I would encourage you to continue eating fast food, fries and shakes.... as it truly is time to "thin the herd".

  • @UMakeTheConnection -high five-

  • @Yourvidssuckasshole He's not. Idiot.

  • No offence but i can eat meat and still be a good person!!!

  • @TswizzlePizzle - I'm sure you are a good well great person.... like I was, just misinformed. If you really mean what you say, humor me and watch EARTHLINGS.... it truly is life altering... changed who I am forever. They don't teach this stuff in school and mainstream media hides these facts. Like I said, give it 20 minutes and then tell me you (we) can still be good people. The (free) link is on my main page under About Me... Recommended Viewing... "EARTHLINGS"

  • @TswizzlePizzle No offense but you didn't get the point of this video!

  • Even veggies are toxic in America and many other parts of the planet . Chimicals are everywhere. Good healthy veggies ? Only if you plant it yourself!

  • Let a person eat want he wants. Don't like that person eating chicken? Who cares? It isn't any of your business. Some people think they're kings, changing someone to satisfy themselves; how disgusting.

  • @GoSuNiguy No one is changing you. Paranoid much?

  • Ok umm 1. Cancer is already in the body to began with you are born with it.. Due to the amount of sugar you put into your body the more you have a greater chance of making the cancer active.. Also hereditary comes into play. It was brought to my own father attention that if he had eaten right through out the years he would still have the same trouble he had a couple years ago.

  • @sweets One day, sickly vegans will occupy all of the

hospital beds in America, while meat eaters

will fill all of the slots in CBS's new reality

    show, "America's Healthiest Specimens."

The World Health Organization recommends that the

average adult consume 28-35 grams of protein each day.

The average American delivers well over 100 grams of

protein to his or her body each day, and that might

be the reason for our high rates of cancer, heart

    disease, osteoporosis, asthma, and diabetes.

  • @DianeDi Point being is this the doctor told him that even if he had eaten healthy as in nothing that was high in fat he would still have the same problems as before because it's hereditary.. My grandpa's sister didn't even eat much meat mostly veggies ect and she still died of a heart attack.. You can be healthy as a horse and eat that way but still die from a heart attack due to it being hereditary in the family.. Deer meat is allot heather to eat then cow because it is more leaner.

  • @sweets The only thing hereditary are bad eating habits. I think the key word in your statement above is "didn't eat much meat mostly veggies". The secret to eliminate degenerative diseases is complete elimination of ALL animal products - that includes all dairy, eggs, etc. I once followed the Standard American Diet (SAD), but no more! It's amazing the information that is out there, but it's something you need to realize for yourself. It took me a while to search through the misinformation.

  • @sweetsassygirl30 Dietary protein increases production of acid in

the blood which can be neutralized by calcium

mobilized from the skeleton. Cancer thrives in an acidic body. Everyone has cancer cells, most diets just allow it to thrive and grow. Alkaline the blood and the cancer dies. The point is to achieve a proper PH balance and the first step would be to eliminate animal products. Most doctors only know how to push drugs and treatments. Google PH charts.

  • Lmao, like i'm going to take advice from brittle bones.

You vegans need to limit MY suffering and shut the hell up. Search guiltless grill on Google, hit the first result.

  • @TheAmazingTmann Irritability is a symptom of too much protein in the diet. -shakes head sadly- We forgive you for you know not what you eat.

  • DianeDi, how about some bowling?

  • @Joewillsetitright As long as it's 10 pin !

  • All animal products will KILL YOU!!! Animal products are the cause of all diseases known to man!!! Everyone needs to adopt a 100% plant based diet. You will get everything you need from fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains and legumes. Make this switch as soon as possible to make yourself and your loved ones extremely healthy. You will have a ton of energy!!! Things to stay away from include whey, casein, lactose and albumin. Also, limit consumption of refined sugars and carbohydrates.

  • @Joewillsetitright If all animal products can kill you or man in general then you best not use the majority of the products that you use to either brush your teeth or even type on.. There is animal by product in plastics even the plastics they use to make lap tops and desk computers. There is animal product in the tooth past you use or the chemical you use to dye a persons hair.. Even some shampoos have animal by product in it.. Washing powders and Laundry soap... There is a whole list

  • I have been a Vegan for two years. I received my blood test results this past week and everything is perfect and cholesterol 130. My liver and kidney function was off the charts outstanding! I am so proud of myself! You can get everything you need from plants without the sickness/surgeries. You too can avoid the sickness/surgeries. Dont be a victim of the meat and dairy industry!

  • @Joewillsetitright I eat meat and had the same test results.

  • Medical Journals are lies payed for by the meat and dairy industry. You guys are so fucking stupid. I can't believe their are people out there that are stupid as you that still eat meat and dairy products. It's just unbelievable!

  • @Joewillsetitright You attract more flies with honey than vinegar.

I would like everyone to realize that not every Vegan views people who eat meat in this light. Thank you.

  • @Joewillsetitright Dude, we're natural omnivores.

  • @1957stan Gee, see what happens when I go to sleep & the children don't get their own way. I hear consuming meat makes U angry. Perhaps U might benefit by actually watching the entire video- U & your little friend celt130. Please do continue eating dead things -B cause your personal health is the least of my worries. Consider yourself officially blocked-move on !

  • Hey Joe can'tgetitright.. You are typical, drama queen bullshit material.. Perfect example of you are right everyone else is wrong.. Even pulling out the fictional facts to weaken your cause.. Keep kissing his ass diane you are no better.. Maybe you both should go bowling?

  • There are a number of secondary causes for high cholesterol: -Diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome -Kidney disease (nephrotic syndrome) -Hypothyroidism -Cushing's syndrome -Anorexia nervosa -Sleep deprivation -Zieve's syndrome -Family history -Antiretroviral drugs, like protease inhibitors and nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors. -Diet -Body weight -Physical activity
  • You always talk about heart diseases as in fact you should talk about the"Ischaemic heart disease" and specificaly about"hypercholesterolaemia"wich is not a disease but a metabolic derangement that can be secondary to many diseases and can contribute to many forms of disease, most notably cardiovascular disease. There is no specific level at which cholesterol levels are abnormal

  • Let's look a bit at the epic-oxford study and the difference between omnivores, vegetarians and vegans.

"The results showed no statistically significant differences between the vegetarians and non-vegetarians in any of the mortality categories which included cancer, circulatory disease, ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease (stroke), all other causes, and all causes combined"

  • I have been a Vegan for two years. I received my blood test results this past week and everything is perfect and cholesterol 130. You can get everything you need from plants without the sickness/surgeries. Chew on that!

  • @celt130 I would love meet you face to face to wake you up to reality!

  • @Joewillsetitright You and me both !

  • Wrong, we would get enough B12 from the bactria in our mouths. If people didn't eat meat, dairy, refined carbohydrates (sugar/refined flour) they wouldn't need to brush their teeth. When we feed sugar/refined white flour to the bacteria in our mouths they shit out acid onto our teeth that causes decay, therefore we must brush our teeth, brushing away all of the bacteria. We wouldn,t need to brush those bacteria away if we didn't feed them sugars/refined flour and we would get enough B12.

  • From veganhealth.

There are no reliable, unfortified plant sources of vitamin B12 (see B12 in Tempeh, Seaweeds, Organic Produce, and Other Plant Foods for more information); therefore fortified foods and/or supplements are necessary for the optimal health of vegans. Some vegans dislike the medical community. By refusing to accept the scientific evidence in favor of the need to supplement with B12.Seaweeds Can Falsely Inflate sB12 Levels

  • Comment removed

  • I'm with Celt130, fish and healthy grass feed meat are essential for their vitamin B12, iron, omega 3, vitamin D.

The information in this video is outdated. The myth that cholesterol raises blood cholesterol has long been proven false.

The science community now believes that cholesterol is produces in part by the liver in reaction to inflammation (caused in by smoking, insuling, too high of a omega-6 ratio, stress.)

  • @SeduireCa Healthy living doesn't go out of style or become outdated.... nice try.

Our liver PRODUCES all the cholesterol we require. The human body requires cholesterol but not from animal products, which is the only other source known. This is not produced as a reaction to inflammation - your liver produces about 1,000 milligrams of cholesterol a day, enough cholesterol so that if you never touched another dead animal, you'd be okay. Eating animals increases blood cholesterol -- big time.

  • @DianeDi

you seems to insinuate that you reviewed researches concluding that eating meat also increases the production of blood cholesterol. If so, could you please specify which type of steroid it increases? Which and what part of the animal? Does the diet of the animals was also included in the research? What portion size?

I'm more than interested to know. It would be easier to post a direct link to the medical journal, for all of us to be able to read the research. Thank you!

  • @SeduireCa Animal flesh is animal flesh, what don't you get about this. It's the only source of cholesterol. You can Google cholesterol and blood cholesterol or similar phrases. I don't need to post links - you obviously haven't read anything this far. Try reading for yourself, I am not here to hold your hand and walk you through this.

  • @DianeDi I'm ready to believe your claim, but without scientific proof, it's hard to take you seriously.

Here's an example : smoking makes your liver over produce cholesterol yet there is no cholesterol in a cigarette. We have seen the same patterns in high soda consumption yet there is no cholesterol in soft drinks.

Please, simply copy and past a link to a medical journal with researches concluding what you seems to believe. Thank you in advance

  • There is a big difference between processed foods and others. That is why those Inuits have none of the problems you state.Vegans can also have to much colesterol and die of heart diseases.Pretty strange if we follow your logic.Or maybe the 13 other medical reasons you never talk about also are important in developing the disease.

  • There are simply a lot of things we don't know about cholesterol. You will off-course use the data that fits you but I can find data that says otherwise. The fact you don't take in account the scientific lessons about the Inuits health pretty much shows how biased your ideas are towards science.

  • Another silly ass know it all... Diane d.. I am 53 omnivore completely healthy.. Been through all my tests , everything is fine!! I try to have wild game for my meat for the health factor.. Live your life diane, save the bullshit for weak followers..Like joewillsetitright..

  • @1957stan You, celt130, and Seduire Ca are a bunch of stupid asses. One day you will wake up in an emergency room like I did or maybe you won't because you're a bunch of dumb fucks. Why don't you go and step in front of moving traffic and get it over with. Just go kill yourselves so you stop spreading your lies and cofusing people. With your method of thinking you should just kill yourselves now! DIE!!

  • I have been a Vegan for two years. I received my blood test results this past week and everything is perfectï and cholesterol 130. You can get everything you need from plants without the sickness/surgeries. Chew on that!

  • @Joewillsetitright What about vitamin B12

  • @Joewillsetitright I have been an omnivore for 45 years without sickness/surgeries. Chew on that. More and more omnivores are getting to ages 80/90/100 strange if we can believe you. Any explanation? No you don't...

  • @celt130 You wait, they're coming, One day you'll wake up in an emergency room like I did or maybe you won't because you're dumb.

  • @celt130 Perhaps you don't value you don't value your own life? That is your right.

  • @celt130 Don't try to spread misinformation for death. Your motivation makes be think you are profitting from meat and dairy. Do get enjoyment from ruining the live of millions?

  • All animal products will KILL YOU!!! Animal products are the cause of all diseases known to man!!! Everyone needs to adopt a 100% plant based diet. You will get everything you need from fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains and legumes. Make this switch as soon as possible to make yourself and your loved ones extremely healthy. You will have a ton of energy!!! Things to stay away from include whey, casein, lactose and albumin. Also, limit consumption of refined sugars and carbohydrates.

  • @Joewillsetitright A plant diet without chemical supplements gives you a shortage of vitamin B12, vitamin D, calcium. Real natural to be a vegan...

  • @celt130 This is absolutely false - you have no idea what you are speaking about. Maybe you should do a little research before you spew nonsense here.

Perhaps you should do an experiment.... take a young child and put an apple and a bunny in front of him/her. If the child eats the apple and plays with the bunny, they are a herbivore, if the child eats the bunny and plays with the apple, well then they are a carnivore. Somehow I think we all know the outcome.

  • Conclusions:In this population, fracture risk was similar for meat eaters, fish eaters and vegetarians. The higher fracture risk in the vegans appeared to be a consequence of their considerably lower mean calcium intake. An adequate calcium intake is essential for bone health, irrespective of dietary preferences. The EPIC-Oxford study is supported by The Medical Research Council and Cancer Research UK.European journal of clinical nutrition ISSN 0954-3007 2007vol. 61, no12, pp. 1400-1406

  • @celt130 Bullshit

  • Some animal products contain significant quantities of vitamin D but plants in general do not (sun-dried shitake mushrooms may be an exception). Hence vegans, because they have no good dietary sources of vitamin D, might be expected to have lower vitamin D levels than omnivores, and a study of English vegans and omnivores has found this to be the case. The vegans had serum levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D that averaged about 24% lower than the omnivores.John Livesey PhD

    Scientific Officer

  • @celt130 Vitamin D is supplemented in Milk, dumbass.

  • Vitamin D is naturally produced by the human body when exposed to direct sunlight. In many countries,in such foods as milk, yogurt.Whether vegan or not, do not sustain optimal levels of shunshine throughout the winter, and many don't even sustain them through the summer, especially in non-equatorial regions of the world. The vegan diet contains little, if any, vitamin D without fortified foods or supplements

  • @celt130 Vitamin D is supplemented in milk, dumbass

  • Did I say humans are carnivores? Only vegans use this terminology, humans are natural omnivores without any scientific doubt. The carrot-bunny test is supposed to be scientific? If you would replace the bunny by ice cream that would him make omnivore don't you think. Serious vegan sites use the epic-oxford studies to make vegans use supplements on B12, vitamin D and calcium amongst others. Your own faith tells you otherwise like on veganhealth.

  • @celt130 You can type as much bullshit as you want, you're still dumb.

  • Is that an argument?

  • @celt130 You can get enough Vitamin D from the sun, dumbass.

You aren't smart enough to realize that we are naturally a migrating animal. We should be outside moving with the vegetation. You're so stupid.

  • @celt130 Somehow I think everyone reading this knows that you're a dumbass.

  • Who looks the less educated on veganism here?

  • @celt130 This video is about avoiding heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and a list of other diet related diseases. Why are you here in the first place? Vegans know all about vitamin D and B12 - which I have had checked and have no deficiency whatsoever. Keep eating your dead animals and their by-products - no one cares what you think because you obviously have an agenda supporting these industries of sickness and death. Go spew you nonsense elsewhere!

  • Let's talk heart diseases, there are 13 medical reasons related to heart diseases and not one is directly related to meat eating. Once again bad lifestyle like obesity and many others are related. Those Inuits didn't get any heart diseases, pretty strange no? A balanced omnivore diet doesn't give you more risks then being a vegan. Ever heard about the risk of soy and heart failure?
