Hands down this is my favorite Phil song! I have this song on repeat and have blown a speaker listening and of course singing praise (singing it is why i had it at full blast). What a wonderful, blessed man who uses his God-given talent to worship God. We all have something special God has given to us and should use it to praise God.

I don't know what his specific story might be behind this song, but when I hear it, this is what I think...Lots of times we begin our lives with Christ when we realize how much we need Him and how awesome He really is. In the midst of our lives with Him, we go through things that put us in that same place of humility, where we have no idea what to do to make it better, but we trust Him and know that if we wait for Him w/ worship & love in spite of everything, He will come through.

I think of meeting God in our times of prayer. Not the times when we desperately need something changed or fixed, or when our hearts our hurting, but simply meeting God in prayer and being with him and knowing him and loving him. I think of meeting with him, knowing that we're relying on him for our life... and not just breathing, but our spiritual life and our discernment.
