30 Staff??!?! thats just too low for a big company like ebuyer... There's soo many people with faults and complaints...No wonder people have to wait like 30 mins to an hour...
I hate calling their fucking premium number eating up my money. Once I was on for fricking 30mins. Bastards and another day I was talking to a fool FOOOOOL i tell ya.
We have spent thousands with eBuyer over the last few years and have only praise for their service and support. Granted, they have the odd problem (what company doesn't) but they do bend over backwards to resolve any issues.
The competition may have ended, but I'd still urge people to post their positive (or negative) comments. People are quick to complain, slow to praise!

Say I call them up but don't feel like waiting, even for the few seconds it takes for them to answer. All I have to do is hang up and let them call me back! That's awesome! First time i bought anything from Ebuyer i had to RMA the ram, cpu and motherboard. Next time i'll be using dabs or scan.

it's a huge online company in the uk selling electronic goods. they used to deal primarily with pc components but now sell everything.
