There was a beautiful place i saw in a video once,The video considered it basically Heaven On Earth but I can't remember the name of it at all! &I'm dying to find out the name .. I wanna go there. Could someone help me?

The place had all ice and it was just all white around nothing but clear white floor and perfect clear sky.. the video had people on little like.. skimobiles or something riding across the ice.
