I like the Mariah that didn't need to dress like a 16 year old pop princess. A talented lady like herself doesn't need to dress like a kid to grab attention, yet she does. I hope she changes the way she dresses. It overshadows her talent.

I love Mariah more than anything but after I heard she didn't write Hero for herself and that it appearantly didnt mean that much to her it made me feel different about the song.. i just dont really feel the same way when i watch her Hero performances..thats sad:( its like she doesnt mean what she sings.. Anyway, no, she HASN'T always gone with what's popular, she has always been left-field, that is to say that she made records that came from the heart and now she doesn't.
