@zharnotczar it may seem so but she didnt scan some of the products cos there is another similar product. so all she has to do is scan 1 of the 2 products and times the price by 2.
Um... i work in an ALDI and a few things this person is doing wrong. She missed a few products, wasn't cautious with any products, slow beyond belief, and its store policy to not let anyone take pictures or video recording in the store. So if anyone had to say fail. That would be me. So... Fail on her end.
ALDI were the last to introduce scanners in Germany (around 2000) - just because they were faster without them - very efficient system and good training. Sometimes you hadn't even unloaded your cart when you were asked to pay and put the stuff back in. They were also the last to accept non-cash payment. When you pay cash they usually have the most likely return ready while you are still searching for your wallet.
@7777flyleaf they wont let you pack the bags at the checkout, they throw everything into the trolly and then you move over to a packing shelf and pack them there!
lol she missed like half of the order! she is horrible! I am a cashier and I can do a millions times faster with 100 percent accuracy. In addition, I can bag the groceries for a 300 dollar order in a minute. All the groceries organized.

She can bag any of the items though... Aldi doesn't support you with grocery bags... The have a big shelf for you to put your stuff in boxes... Just boxes...
She's not very fast in this video. I was an Aldi Shift Mgr for 2 years and my average was around 55-60 items per minute. Unfortunately, this cashier is not even properly positioned or using her hands the way you are trained. If she were, she'd be alot faster. Cool video though.
@adamgrantvideos bet u was smashing that subtotal button like a muff fukka lol. snap i bout same on ipm nothing special thou with the speed but good thou. i hit 58 point something and wass on checkout for 12hrs and took over £5,000 cash and my til was spot on on cashing up now thats impressive. now i just realised how sad my life once was:( and the fact i'm writting to you a complete stranger about it lmfao
that's pretty slow...ever heard of Woodman's Food Market? we don't get to sit down in a chair...and i've seen some of my coworkers break 50 IPM's (items per minute). i'm pretty laid back when checking and I check as fast as this Toniette chick
God I wish the guys at Tesco's were like this. You have to wait like 5 minutes even when you only have like 3 products.
