let's face it. people are making classes within classes to the point that the exact notes and settings of the synthesizer (sub/bass freq. range, type of lead, use of samples) define it's "sub"-genre.

All genres are classes to the class known as music. The instruments and arrangements used, dictate it's genre (electro/classical/rock/metal/­blues/jazz).

It's a very limited style of thinking and only the minority will get annoyed by this, so it's best to accept it and move on. :)
