I wondered about that. He seems light on his feet even in his landings. You think his lands are high impact or does he burn off the kinetic energy in his spins before he hits the ground? The guy is clearly super human so its entirely possible it doesn't matter either way.

This kind of activity may also be keeping his knees and hips well circulated and lubricated so he may even be making them stronger.

Physically very impressive. I wonder how much of that he visualizes or plans just before doing it, or if it's all just free form and expressed as he moves? Anyway, they show a lot of it in martial arts schools, but that is not martial arts or practical for fighting in any context. I've seen guys try to use this approach and get KO'd at the start, lol. But as a skill set it is without a doubt amazing to see.
