Actually there was a huge mass lawsuit about the payment protection plan, and in the end it was deemed illegal - Capital One had to comp thousands of card holders for the money they took from them via the plan. So read the news like I do you lazy motherfucker

And if you actually listened you'd see I wasn't "bugging" them, I just asked for it to be removed. It wasn't until after the corporate drone on the other end wouldn't shut up for a minute straight that I had to resort to singing. Think about it. I had to resort to singing a ditty for my CC company to help me out. So customer-friendly.
I actually work for Capital One Healthcare Finance (not that the rep is also probably working at one out of a third party call center as I do). The rep on the phone is probably was probably making stabbing motions. Capital One is extremely anal about phone conduct. One word off and you get a bad call review. It's actually really hard to meet Capital One's standards when an idiot calls.
