Capture cards come in two types: Internal and External.

Internals are cheap but you need to actually put it into your computer, so if you don't know how, don't do it.

An External is plugged into your computer and your game console, and does the exact same thing as the internal. It costs anywhere from $50-$100USD.

I have an oldschool GameBridge that needs to be plugged into a TV Source as well, but I don't think all capture cards have that.

@iamacoolskater its something you hook up to your xbox or ps3, and your tv, and it will record anything going on in the game, just watch other videos like CoD commentaries, and you'll see what it would look like.
