  • @22centman36, I don't know if I could. After a few months, maybe. I did not know he was just getting back into it when this vid was taken. I thought due to his size and physique he could do more.

    I do drink beer, wine, and soda, and eat chips, but still work out. This makes for an impressive spare tire.

    There is such thing as muscle memory. This man competed on the pro stage for years and years. Since the early days of Yates and the ending days of Haney up until the reign of Coleman. He has been there along time. I beleive once your body is in tap for lifting heavy heavy weight for such a longtime it stays forever. You gotta admit though, he aint lifting the same amount he was lifting back when he was competing.There is a huge difference.

  • T-Bar Rows dude. I had a small back til i started that and bam...it works. What i do is 1 warm up set then 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10. But on the last 2 sets i superset it with pull ups, the back explodes dude.
