  • @NragedXX Thanks! Everyone that has made these so far loves them... And once you know how to do it... the options are endless to try different flavors to match the rest of your meal.

  • The sweetpotatoe looks quite nice, but how does it not end up with a crust in the bottom from all that honey?

  • @skarr00 I try to keep the glaze on the potatoes as much as I can but some will inevitability spill off a little bit and end up on the bottom of the pan. Sometimes a little bit of the sugar from the honey will caramelize a little bit on the edges of the pan but I haven't ever had a problem with a crust forming... I was guess that the butter keeps it from burning.
