I live in 400 square feet and am looking for a sofa bed or futon that I can sleep on every night...could this do the trick? If not, what do you recommend? Thanks.

I would recommend a sofa bed like this one or possibly a Matrix sofa bed for a more comfortable built in cushion (springs plus double pillowtop)

A Wall hugger loveseat also does great in small places.
