  • Yummy! So is the naan ;)

I use a gas BBQ grill and a large stone (14x16-inches) and cook it in the covered grill. It does an amazing job. In the winter I just move the stone to my gas oven in the kitchen and cook breads there.

I love all of your recipes - I even love to just watch you. You're very personable.

  • you r wonderful n ur style of cooking is toooooooooooo wonderful

  • vegetarian naan with milk?! milk does not come from trees and nor do eggs! why discriminate?

  • @dan1427: Vegetarianism in India is Lactovegetarian, neither vegan nor ovolactovegetarian... hence milk, but no eggs...

  • @rraahhuullification ovo, lacto, vegan... sounds like religion- all preaching love and, at the same time, willing to kill in the name of it... following this line of definition, can I then call myself a meatovegetarian= I eat vegetables as a side dish to meat? I am a vegetarian, at times, too- 'not because I love animals but because I hate vegetables!'

  • Love how he orgasms when he cooks/eats. :)

  • wowwwww ..i will try ..........

  • Can this be done on the electric stove top?

  • @muddymew I always make mine in a fry pan on the stove, like tortillas! Just add a little oil to the pan and cook on med-hgh

  • Stove top - chars the naan a little - adds flavour

In the oven - a pizza stone - can increase the heat

From the oven - put naan in a container with lid - it retains steam for softness

  • I like the way he shares his tips........My naan bread has always been hard.....as I didn't know that the dough needs to be as soft as shown in the vedio. Thx v much chef! ^^
