You can train your pets this way, when they are young ones repeat the word for them and if they say the same give them treats . Then later your pet knows that he/she gets goodies when he/she says it.

No it isn't. Dogs are taught knowing what to do and they do it, because they know how to do it and you command them to do it. Cats are gaining confidence in being able to do something. Even if the cats knows what to do, he or she wouldn't do it, unless they are confident. Cats have free will, dogs don't.
