  • FINALLY! Science has proven my theory of levitating pink unicorns.

  • This opens a whole new realm in "yo mama" jokes.

  • @Cray407 how? this is only science not some joke we use to offend people

  • @totalownage389 You're right. I'm guessing you don't use those jokes and neither do I. I was just speculating at the fact that, once others get a hold of this, they will probably use it in that way exactly. You know, a "comment".

  • @Cray407 well how does it open a new realm in yo mama jokes?

  • what would you do for a klondike bar?

  • aww i love the polar bear commercial:)

  • where do u get that soap to make those bubbles????

  • should be called the bubble theory

  • i love the BS ad in the beginning 1 as if global warming is real 2 as if polar bear wouldnt eat said tree hugger and 3 as if the pos car can go over 40mph or farther than 3 city blocks. these ad people think we are all mildly retarded.

  • @Xen5s 1. Global warming is real it naturally occurs by it self but the emissions we put out speed up the process, 2. polar bears much like other bears don't naturally attack humans for food unless desperate for food, but they will attack for defensive purpose. 3. most electronic cars can go just as fast as a gas powered one cause on most interstates minimum speed limit is 45 and maxaverage is 60

  • Inflation bubbles...what a laugh. get down to the basic "original "origin. this is ridiculous time wasting fake science.

  • shit .. this means that we are absolutely nothing .. fml... :(

  • man, seriously. these guys should focus on solving the world violence and hunger first before thinking of some stupid way to jump off to another universe.

  • @Jezthevalley They probably did but there's just too many ignorant people to follow through or just don't care.

  • @Jezthevalley who knows maybe what we find there can help us.... o f**k it let me go get m pick it sign!

  • thumbs up if you got the polar bear nissan commercial!

  • @SexuelleBelle

Me too, its not in my standard cable package.

Morgan freeman New show inside his wormhole, sounds awesome.

  • This guy is an academic sellout; he just talks in generalities, in impossible terms, and provides untestable speculations I could get from my friend Dave

  • Who wants to fuckin know that? Build something to leave our planet instead of wasting soap!

  • @QBMan are you stupid or what?

  • @anuslee Why is he stupid?

  • @QBMan Who wants to fuckin know that E=mc^2

    ..and we have nuclear bombs.

  • @veraeron if ignorance is bliss, you must be the happiest person alive...

mankind (in general) craves knowledge & discovery, you take the good with the bad... we'd be nonexistent today if man hadn't discovered fire... oh, it must be bad since we can burn & destroy things with it, it should never have been discovered... what kind of narrow-minded logic is that?

human nature is the reason we have nuclear arms, not science...

  • @veraeron E=mc^2

    <<

Because it is a 2 sided formula. One for mass destruction and the other for mass free controlled energy!

  • very interesting, but dont forget its Theoretical Physics, there is no proof for a Multiverse.

  • wheres the next part? >.<

  • Maybe a giant clown blows these bubbles.

  • Those bubble moves are like a superpower. why aint he on 'heroes'

  • Wait it is a distance we can jump because its a distance XD

  • What's on the outside of the bubble? Nothingness? That means no space or time exists outside of our bubble...Kind of hard to imagine what nothingness is really...

  • @OxiDemonik if theres no space? does that mean we cannot travel through it? who knows! mysteryyy

  • @OxiDemonik I like to think that outside our realm of spacetime is a cat playing a piano. People often associate black void with 'nothingness' but even that is something. A feline operating a complex instrument is just as plausible!

  • @liptonBlueBirdAdd Or maybe the physical reality which we perceive isn't really physical at all. In reality it is just diverse systems of information experiencing one and other, and because we are limited by our sensory organs to convey reality in its actuality we only perceive a small amount of the infinite spectrum of energy. E.g. We cannot perceive very high and very low frequencies of sound and light. Therefore nothingness is just a realm where only these very high or low frequencies exist

  • @OxiDemonik ... or maybe its a cat playing a piano :D

  • Los of physics hu?

Unbelivable, but what if all those bubbles are in 1 big bubble?

    Then there are some physics.

Also, cant we catapult ourselves to another bubble when we are on like mach 6356258659935532263? xD

  • bubbles? lolwut?

  • Michio Kaku says we can't jump from one to the other univers??? I did not expect to hear him say that. Time and space is only relative to our experience of what seems to us as reality. So what if time and space would not be a factor?

  • @thaoddie no but the basics in the theory have nothing to do with our experience of time and space. the area between the bubbles in this theory is an area of what they call a false vacuum or a negative pressure vacuum. This would mean it is the opposite of the vacuum inside the bubble universes. Its complicated to explain but it essentially impossible to reach from within our universe.

  • When i think that Andrei Linde was laughed at when he first exposed his theory...

  • I don't understand why they can't make their own theories they always have to rely on einsteins theories etc.

  • It scares me to think that our universe might just be one bubble amongst others! X_x

    Man we're so tiny...

  • If this is true, then we will need to redefine the word "universe"

  • @superpilotdude we already have: its called Multiverse or Onmiverse

  • Let's worry about colonizing our own solar system..or How about taking care of our planet...before we decide to expand like a plague because we destroyed our home to begin with..

  • I WANT THE SCIENCE CHANNEL DAMMIT!

  • @SexuelleBelle dude i jsut want this freaking show but i cant cus im from damn denmark! no matter if i used the money or not I CANT GET IT!

  • NEWSFLASH: Why wasting anytype of resources (in example paying blocks like him to do this) UNTIL we have chances to do so. It is like researching asfalt roads before we have the technologie to make cars.

  • just like the invisible walls on video games. reality sucks lol.

  • @wo0obly i was in a bubble that had a skin of a rock in a video game i couldn't get out or shoot anyone :(

  • Bubbles are fucking awesome.

  • Goddamn advertisement.

  • im going to another universe this summer

  • can you see a molecule? Well not until recently....the "idea" of how atoms combined to make 'stuff' happened to PROVE to be quite astute. Prediction: man will one day step foot on Mars. Prediction: the rapture will happen. Which one is more plausible?

  • AH I read about this in michio kaku's book "parrallel worlds". He said our universe is like an ink dot on an expanding balloon

  • I love this show

  • Sounds too much like faith to me. I won't believe it until it can be proven.

  • It's called Sci-fi for a reason. Besides that Sci-fi is usually ahead of it's time anyways. (ie robots, computers, nano tech, etc.)

  • Yeah, I understand that. An iphone in 1970 would look like it came right out of Star Trek. My point is the multiple dimension thing is all just faith and speculation, especially if it hypothetically exists in a way and place that can never be observed. It's too sci-fi and not enough sci.

  • It's not faith; no where near faith. The multiple dimensions theory is known as "string theory" or "M-theory". It has been proven mathematically; which is not faith. I do not have faith that 2+2=4. Faith is something that cannot be proven at all. Faith is something in religion; something that can never be proven.

  • Yeah... mathematically proven something that has never been seen and cannot be seen. Uhuh. Ever seen that cartoon where the two guys are standing in front of the chalk board looking at a 3 part math problem and step 2 is "and a miracle occurs" and the 1 guy is like "I think you should elaborate on step 2"

  • E=mc^2

  • I don't want to sound rude but you've pointed out the obvious, they said it's something we can never quite get to because of vast distances, so at a very basic epistemological level we can never truly understand what it is.

  • @WillSKB88

I pointed out the obvious because someone was wondering why it looks, to me, to be faith and not science or even science based scifi.

  • That's why it's called *theoretical* physics. It's a theory, yes, but based on mathematical equations. They don't just make it up. If you don't want to believe it, you don't have to. There are plenty of physicists that don't believe in it. But you really can't challenge it until you have your own equations to prove it false.

I would just like to add that until very recently, we thought our galaxy was the extent of our universe, that there was nothing beyond it. We were proven wrong.

  • true

  • what happens if we pop?

  • Michio Kaku is awesome.
