most of the time they end up writing way more songs than can end up on the record, and this was probably one of them. couldn't tell you how it got leaked, though ; )

I highly doubt they leaked them. They don't want us to have these songs. So,I can't see them leaking their own songs. Be silly. A new album will be out in early 2010. You can order an EP from their upcoming tour and SETB DVD + Cd.
