benny got raped in creativity but his sets were not bad. he hit almost all of the beats and he had pretty good transitions and execution. he is cocky but thats battle etiquette and you cant hate on him, hes a pretty good bboy, wing is just better.

These comments are amusing! Lots of truth in many of them, and then the honesty in some them is just funny. Benni got smoked-- Red Bull BC one should check qualification criteria for their event, becasue some bboys didn't "qualify" to be there. It's turned into a reality show-- "who will be voted for in next season's edition, stay tuned for..." Thats not what b-boying's about.

benny has no originallity and hand hops.. just a dumb crowd pleaser they are becoming a move everyone can do, doing them on such a stage like this is silly. plus notice how his feet are spread out, they are very poor form. watch other people do hand hops u will see what i mean.

wing's style is original. Benny's style i dunno bout it so much cuz u see that kinda stuff everywhere. I mean it's crazy seeign some1 do 15 or so hops, but i always did prefer the crazy footwork

Benny was ok but i find that he really looks like in every breakdancing competition he doesn't have fun. His moves are like seymourglass26 said too agressive.
Wing had more fun with it and improvised, i dont remember once seeing a repeated move.
plus for wing from 1:05 to 1:10 was pure greatness

Yea Wing's got some style. He defintely won over Benny who's moves we've all seen many times. It's kind of ironic that only Lilou picked Benny to win. I thought he'd pick Wing since he does a lot of footwork like wing. I guess he felt bad that he beat him last year.

I totally agree, judges focusing too much on difficulty of moves rather than personality, style and expression. Wing is good but doesnt seem to put any passion into his bboying which to me is what I want to see!

No I think it was fair that Wing won, just critasizing his performance. Benny has that bboy personality/attitude that makes him kinda cool to watch, same with Menno and Kid David. Wing just does it like he's not bothered.

i can see where you are coming from and i have got nothing against Benny after watching him last yea i thought he would actually be one of the favorites to win it so i was quite shocked when he didnt get through the first round. the only thing that i think cost Benny was his last set but i understand what you meen by the experssions wing does none he just does it as though he is boring but his still very good it makes up from not doing expressions
