@mrCrackercam: no black paint. They are polished kinda "proof", and thus so awesomely reflective that the dark parts of the room look black on the bar. The "matte" finish ones don't do that. They just look silver-grey all the time and at every angle/lighting.
How can you tell it's actually silver? What if it's a copper bar plated with silver. I really want to buy ,but I'm not sure! Where did you purchse and for how much?
@BabyTumbler First, you buy from a known company (not on e-bay if you do not want to take a risk), apmex is a well known company they are buying straight from the precious metal printing companies worldwide. Apmex sells any precious metals in today's price (the price can go up and down 1000 times per day). How to know that the coin is genuine, weight, dimensions, saund, magnetic testing, designate the end, you will find everything on youtube
Government will take all the silver bullion you guys buy and have all the purchase records on their vast communtor logs. You will have to give it up or go to jail they are using you as a free storage . Just like 1933 a wars power and economic emergency act will be passed by senate and congress and you will get it right up the ass. If the economy tanks they will pay you going rate then next year tripple or quad tripple the value and restart the economy. That simple folks been done before.
