I think they were pretty good even if the song was sung a little fast. I also think they are talented.I'm also willing to bet half of the people making bad comments would'nt even have got up and sang like they did.
I'm amused by how seriously people take this stuff. It's just a bunch of kids trying to sing. Unfortunately they cant', sing that is. Just let them have fun and let the audience cheer, so what!
@1234JDParris5678 Sadly for you this singing is beautiful in the ears of the lord. They are singing for God and that is all that should matter. The lord would rather have someone up there who can sing and is singing for his glory than a prideful soul...God has the power to take a voice away from you if you use it for the wrong reasons. Praise god that we have men who stand up and sing for him!!!
Wow, are these guys bad or what? That guy has to be the highest bass singer in the history of quartets. I'm not sure if I should laugh, cry, or throw up.
Anthony Collins works with this group... His groups are always the best year after year. This is probably not the best video of them - they do a much better job than this. I admit, they don't sound the best in this video but I assure you they are quite good. Ambient sound (hearing it live) is always going to sound different than listening to it over a website like this. It's probably not very realistic to compare them to professionals - that's called comparing apples to oranges. Diffrnt levels!
Puts my right back in my seat!! Was a Pensacola Christian attendee but went here for one year and while I didn't always like everything about the school, I LOVED chapel!! The preaching was amazing!!
This song and this group doesn't even begin to give you a true idea of the talent running around at this place!! Nor does it give you a true picture of chapel - the music service was always awesome (almost always) and the preaching was the same - specially when Dr. Schaap preached!!
I remember singing there in chapel. I didn't go to the College though. I was part of a Tour Group from Harvest Baptist Church representing the Anchor Character Training Center in Fort Dodge, Iowa. I think it was like four years ago now. How time flies.

Wow..........we would be killed for that kinda noise. Our guys amen, and get excited, but they yelling and random talking...a def. NO. We would have what our Ex Vice President likes to say "special fellowship" with him for that kinda racket. lol
sorry we get excited about serving GOD!! hey if you dont like all the shouting when people are singing, how bout the next time you go to a concert tell everyone to stop cheering and singing the words with the artist.....! :P

:-) This was sung at Hyles-Anderson College chapel. We cheer like that for most specials, but even more so for men's quartets.
