Secrets and mysteries originally aired from 1988-89. There were 26 episodes dealing with the paranormal. Edward Mulhare the Irish actor (from Knightrider, but better known for Von Ryans express and the Flying Fortress.

This show played at 1:30 a.m. for many years, I like its creepy, wierd feel. It seems a little hokey now but its fun to watch when you are all alone , in the wee hours of the morning.

Others I remember are about Jack the Ripper, Big foot, Ghosts of the Holywood, about a baloon, Bermuda Triangle, UFOs... Where did you get this episode from?? Can you post any more?? I'm glad I am not old enough to remember someone worse than Bush. Respect to the WW2 folks. This was a short lived 80's version of an "in search of" type show. It helped having the old guy from Knight Rider on it, but it still didn't seem to last very long.
