well me to its that the diameter of the slid tube is bigger of course to pull apart and fold down, sadly its a lil bigger then i think it needs to be, = the wobble you get from it being oversized i drilled and pull a small nice screw in mine and locked it in, sucks when u ride it makes you fell like it was gonna come apart,

i believe its like that on all s25's. mine does that too. its nothing to worry about. it's cuz of the fold down handle-bars
