go to Panama City Beach. club La Vela is the biggest club in America. grab some of you're buddies, and you can get a hotel room right there on the beach. just do it in advance though, because they fill up quick. the place is packed during Spring Break. i GUARANTEE you'll have the best Spring Break EVER.
just be careful when you're out on the beach at 4 am, cuz there's a lot of drunk people around ;) haha
