you dont need USB Explorer, as long as you have modio, when you open it, there should be a bar that says "create Theme" click that, and it should open, all you have to do is open your internet, google any pictures that you want and just save them, after you save them on to your computer, it will let you pick any of the pictures that you saved on the "modio theme creator"when you pick the pictures that you want just save them to your device and then transfer the theme from your harddrive,ur done

search for a background template on google and save it.

then open that template in gimp/photoshop.

edit that image so that what you want to see when you're on your dashboard is on the top half.

then save that image and put it onto a memory stick.

put the memory stick into your xbox and then open up picture library.

look for the picture then set it as a background.
