Its great playing but everyone this is almost a note for note copy of the band of gypsies live recording + being a great guitarist its one thing but creative invotive writing the music ect & playing it in such a way for the first time (over 40 years ago) is another thing entierly. Some people are technically briliant but lack creativity to make there own sound & music. Also Jimi would play this live differently everytime. now thats music. Still this is fantastic copy & sorry JC just my opinion.

Ok, you obviously know what's up and down on a guitar, but I would rate this as an average interpretation of the song, and really no more. Watch marlowe or jimicolors renditions of the song, and you will get a few hints. There is so much more to this song than what you are bringing... Props for trying, but you still have a loooong way to go. My two cents..

This video is on a playlist called "top 50 guitar solos" and they're all solos by famous guitarist like Hendrix, BB King, SRV, Page, Clapton, Slash and whole bunch of others. Anyways- yours seems to be the only one that isn't by some guitar legend.
