    Sheiko is a training style that focuses on high volume with moderate intensity and can be very difficult if you are not used to volume. I have had nothing but success with it in the past. I am doing it right now and everything is feeling strong leading up to my next comp. in October. If you want more info just send me a pm.

  • @Dymdez nice I did 1 on my first try, better start doing squtes thast the same weight I did, with the same shoes lol, but wow dude im immpressed well done, hopefully ill get it up

  • Thanks. 5/3/1 is great, but I prefer Sheiko by far. I respond well to volume and the 5/3/1 doesn't have enough. However, the 5/3/1 works great for me when I don't have alot of time to train.
