They are perfectly syncronized but you can appreciate two different styles, one is classy, soft like silk, the other is spicy and energetic. They are the perfect combination of a 1st class dish served with delight.

@KegPatcha exactly. they are/were both amazing dancers. gregory hines was more 'physical', it was almost like he was fighting, and baryshnikov was floating. and both styles seemed to mesh together so well.

I love watching these two amazing dancers together. It's like watching Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly dance together. Mikhail is very precisioned, and clean movements in his work and Greg is more loose but both are still amazing.

even with the cheesy 80's music it's still good. I used to love love love Mikhail as a teen - hoo boy - even thought he was still sexy when he was on Sex and the City. And I cried when Gregory Hines died. End of an era. sigh.
