I am a musician. I have to say this. I've played on almost all of the shows. Leno (great guy), Conan (great guy and he was fun) , Letterman (prick), but out of all the shows I've done? Kimmel was the absolute best. It was by FAR the loosest show I've done. He and Bobcat were so fun and relaxed. It is the best show to do. And in my opinion the best on late night. I did have fun on Conan tho. Max is a tool but that's ok.
