I experienced a poltergeist in my home. I know almost the exact time. I was watching South Park the City Sushi episode and I was staning by my front door, then the left bracket of my curtain rod in my living room shot out of the wall. There are two, 3 inch screws holding it into the wall. It was the most incredible thing I've ever seen. After that, it really mindfucked me. Why did it happen to me and how often do people see things and never say anything? I'll never go on TV talking about it.
I'm British but I find a lot of people in this a bit strange, like the living dead or something.Janet may have been a bright child but she became a rather dopey adult.
why i dont understand its ust asking for help but most people mistake for a evil presence i want to help they want to be released of this earht they mean no harm at all
The Hermann poltergeist case is another well-known case. A police officer named Mr. Tozzi befriended the family and witnessed a lot of what went on. I believe this case took place in Seaford, New York.
@jposh707 i played it a few times but she seems to say "me parents divorcing when we wuh (almost doesn't pronounce the re in were) so young" it is still bad English, btw isn't bad English a song by Maryann Faithful?
is was ethier the biggest hoax in poltergiest history.Or as i believe it really did happen, all you skeptics out there need to be more open with your mind.Cases like this are very rare but do happen, and i belive this familey went through living hell.Mitchy 452 show some respect and its(freddy krueger) not freddie crougar dumb ass
the enfield poltergiest is totaly full of shit, 150%. they say they had cameras there, and that so much paranormal activities went on, how did they not get footage? over such a long period of time, and so many people involved, not one person recorded any video footage. its a weak story, a fairytale. an old wifes tale which they put money into so that 'ghost stories' still have a benchmark
@KUPHSER Video or no video, if this was a hoax this is the biggest hoax ever in history. Too many witnesses, you even had police officers who saw a chair slide across the floor on it's own and they even signed and affidavit of what they witnessed. I guess that means even the police department was involved in this hoax.
the womansays the knockng wasALWAYS on thewalls the man said it was somtimies in the ceiling contrasting stories sounds like a prank that the girls av took so far that they cant tell the truth noow even if they wanted to
What swerves me is the Statement by the police who actually saw the Chair move. Why would a Police officer be lying or caught up in this? And it was confirmed the Mans son came forward and confirmed his Dad died there.
I remember when my vagina got possessed by a poltergeist. It spat out a tampon that had been up there for about a week and used it to scrawl the words "GIVE ME BACK MY TEETH YOU GODLESS WHORES" on the livingroom wall. Made me piss the bed and everything.
that woman is lying, a teenage prank that got out of hand when pseudo-scientists and news hungry reporters started paying attention to stupid little girls who could not find a healthier way to deal with their problems at home. they also forget to mention that the film the exorcist had just come out 4 years prior, and i bet those kids got the idea from the movie, which is what teenagers do nowadays with movies like jackass , they instantly find stupid ways to copy crap to get attention.
I agree with you. I think these were distrubed attention seekers who faked the levitations. Scientists are now able to make objects levitate in labs, there is nothing parnonrmal about it . The photo of the girl "thrown" out of her bed is inconclusive, she could have jumped out, the false vocal cords are also dubious. Also Maurice Grosse had recently lost his daughter Janet, therefore you would have to question his motives in investigating this, finally eye witnesses are often unreliable.
Wow! Janet when she was little! I think she is very good looking! Im 15 going 16 (At 31 january) I saw this program in the míddle of the night at home and i sweare, after the picture at 3:40 i knew i was in love! Its strange! I have never get this type of feelings before, kinda like i went all warm and my hart started to beat more faster! I know i cant ever see her like that but some part of me is in love with a child who had poltergeist activity...
the girls..particularly janet i feel sorry for the guilt they've lived with over this, no way to fess up to this stunt. the pressure and shame would be nasty.
It did! In the book, according to Playfair a wardrobe shook and tipped over and janet started making those barking noises. And when the uncle went to check on the house while they were away he saw an apparition of an old man and the doors opened and closed for him by themselves. Dunno why they haven't mentioned that here...
@thisissick22 One theory about this kind of haunting is that the entity draws energy from pre-pubescent/adolescent children to create the forceful hauntings. Without the girls there, clearly its source of energy is gone.
Why the hell would these girl be playing games if there was genuinely a poltergeist present? They'd be scared witless and it would be abusive to keep them in the house. This whole thing is crap.
Janet also seems like a very odd person as a adult. It is a very interesting case because it deals with so many aspects of poltergeist activity. Does anyone have any other conclusions?
I am watching the whole parts of this; if it's anything, I don't trust Janet. :( I hate to say that, 'cause I know nothing about her, but there's something I don't feel is right about her... :(
has anyone investigated the previous tenant william(the apparent poltergeist)who he was,how he died?or for that matter any tennants who have lived there since?
I feel Janet indeed had some sort of phsycic ability and her providing information on the man who died in that house may also be attributed to her abilities if in fact they were real. Meaning she could pick up on past events within the home. Wether she was purposely aware of it all I cannot say. She may have simply manifested all this but everything is so misleading and provides nothing but confusion. It doesn't really prove that an actual spirit was involved.
It has kind of been done. Although not a direct translation the events in Ghostwatch (which was more a comment on the way broadcasting was going) used The Enfield Poltergeist case as it's ghost story at the centre of the investigation.
teeny tiny question......why not sell the house...thats what i would do,even if i had to got o a hostel, if i had kids i would get te F*** out of there straght away.Even if it was a joke by others....i would take my kids OUT of there.
Because no-one would buy it. Legally (in those days), you could only move to another house/hostel/hotel wherever if someone else had bought the house. As no-one had bought it, they legally couldn't move.
this reeks of phoniness. Video of the girl in a normal state, but no video of her with her demon voice??? Fake.
