This is exactly why America is NOT free. You can't take away people's right to do things you perceive to be foolish. Just because you think it's dangerous doesn't mean the rest of us need to live our lives in fear of being hurt. It's no legislator's right to make any law about helmets, jumping, etc. etc. Similarly, it is not any human's right to sue over something they chose to do which resulted in injury.
