Hey. Loved reading the comments on this. I am going to the proscout event in chicago in a few weeks I am sooooo nervous. It is my dream. Any advice to prepare me for the event??

FYI...proscout was the best 8 hours of my life! I'm a college chica on scholarship, I don't like bs. In one day, proscout lined up all the agents, helped me prep to meet them (so important!). I had 14 offers out from like 30 agents right then and there. My first contract offer came in 4 days later. To anyone out there whose listening, proscout impressed me. Down to earth, like experts who don't need to brag. They were really really great to me, kind to everyone. Great memory!

more and more, it seems proscout was way ahead of its time when it first started. they took the casting calls out out of LA into middle america. its what everyone wants now, real talent from real people - that's why proscout rocks.

my daughter just got signed by a top LA agency, and she's still on hold with 6 other offers from prnt agents n NY! we never could have done this on our own... i'm so glad i went to proscout and didn't listen to my skeptic husband!

You just a need a headshot and a full body shot. resumes aren't required.

it all depends there is 20 ot 0f 1000 that you will make it its not lik no one gets through but if you think u can make it do it. But otherwise mayb try something that doesnt ask for money.

The odds are a lot better than 20 out of 1000. Most Proscout events have between 400-600 people. And of this amount, about 30-50% get callbacks from agents. What people do with their callback is up to them though.

honestly it got me started from before the beginning, i didnt have a headshot or anything i was just like oh i like acting lets check it out... it was the experince of a liftime i did get an agent from proscout and they have helped me far. i highly recomend it.
