Thanks for the compliments. No, I don't know the names you mentioned except "Banjo" which could have been retaled to another Banjo from my generation. I was there from '68-72.
So, that was an early generation. However, I will send you some links via your inbox to explore to see if you could make some contacts. Regards. UP! & ON!
Great school. I will always cherish the sweet memories, Chief I.A Olowu and Mrs. Akinluyi were Great......UP BOYS TRUEST FAME LIES IN HIGH ENDEAVOUR!!!!!
Yes, Chief I. A. Olowu (RIP). He was the driving force behind reverting to the original school name of, "CMS Grammar School." Ah... I remember Mrs. Akinluyi (Oyinbo?)
Thanks for pulling out another name out of the past... Mrs. Akinluyi.
Awesome video! Seeing Grammarian jubilating, brought back great memories at Labgs. Be it at school activities, soccer fields, atlethic stadium, it all seems like yesterday. Great to see faces I use to know, like Ogbara, Ashafa, Moses Tawers, Oshodi, Sir Odunsi to name a few. Boys!! now men!! keep the flame burning as brightly ever!!!
Very uplifting song; we still gave you KBK, though!

Damola:
"Moses Towers?" Did you mean "Moses SHOWERS?" If I'm not mistaken, both Showers and Mabo were members of Stanley House.
And you're "Doce jr.?" I can't recall that. Please enlighten me. Regards...
