i have a 2007 CRV 2.2 iCTDi Executive and its goes like stink... i have burned many Golf GT TDi's off at the lights... 0-60mph in roughly 9.8 seconds and I love the turbo whine.. To be honest i love the sounds of diesels espcially old turbo diesel Peugeot/ Citroen engines.....

@cmagennis927 ...The Golfs you burned off in your CRV 2.2 iCDTi were obviously the GT TDI 140's. You wouldn't set fire to a GT TDI 170, in a 2.2 CRV you definately won't. They will set your CRV on fire and burn you all the way to 60. I've got a leon FR TDI 150 which is the older generation of that engine and that car will burn every other 2.2 iCDTi except the 2.2 Civic.

2009 they will bring the CR-V diesel to North America. Will be a new diesel engine as well.
