@mowzman1992 He's on the floor because that's his goal. He is very skilled at moving the ball away from the tackle. If he gets tackled, it's a foul. If he doesn't, then he's passed the defender. If he gets fouled near the goal, his free kick skill will get the ball in the net. Wonderful player he is.

The last one was disallowed for interfering with the keepers release of the ball. When the keeper is throwing the ball up to punt it away, it is considered in his possession still, much like if they are bouncing it. If he INTENTIONALLY sets it on the ground, then it leaves his possession, but that's not what happened here. Good try, E for Effort for sure.
