  • @saabkyle i would get you to do a full detail on my car... if I didnt live in Texas :'(

  • Wow! I think I would like you to clean up mine. Where are you located and how much for a 2006 Buick Lucerne? My engine looks like new and my carpets are ok, but the exterior has hard water spots on it but beautiful car anyway.

  • did you pop the hood with the key fob??? If so thats cool....

  • If you do a lot of detailing you should check out the Tornador detailing tool. I work at a GM dealership and we have a bunch of them. I've got this old Volvo, and I can keep it looking showroom fresh with it. It works very very well, with very little effort. Not that I'm against doing it the proper way, but it works better than what I've been able to do the old fashioned way.

  • You polished it all up, waxed it shiny and it still looks like a college student's old beater. Go buick.

  • Should have brushed the build up off of the ac condenser. You can see it when you open the hood...

  • my mom 4 yrs. ago for 3500 dollars for a '92 park avenue. I am glad cause i didn't really like our '92 corsica.

  • Lol if only my car was that clean :(

  • You Customized the dash?

  • Looks good, but wow thats un ugly car. haha. Like the lincoln town cars.. yuck..

  • im just brought me a buick park ave last week . it is a 97 and it black. with over 210000 thousand miles. i will have to do some serious work to making the car smooth as hell.

  • Nice man, I've seen those 3.8's going over 300k miles, heck of an engine

  • @professorblackfoot, only problem with the 3.8 is oil consumption -- but they usually burn oil off the lot when they're new and it doesn't get worse over time. They'll still run when the body of the car has holes in it.

  • I have a Diamond White 2005 Buick Park Avenue with about 33,000 miles. It is a great car that floats like a dream. Too bad they don't make 'em like this anymore.

  • Great detailing job. What model year is the car--I'm guessing the early 2000's? It's funny to see the long throws on the column-mounted gearshift lever.

  • I think it was like a 2005 ish, thanks!

  • Very good work, Maybe you can give me a few tips of making mines shine like that. Check mines Out!

  • Very nice job!! I actually have a Park Ave just like that, thats why I clicked on it. You do very good work. And its amazing that this P.A. only has 38xxx miles...mines gunna just roll over 120xxx

    nice job

  • nice car! :-)

my dad imported an original 95' Park Avenue Taxi Cab from new york to switzerland.

    holyfuckingshit, that car is great!

  • I like your detailing videos but I could go without the soundtracks. I'd rather hear you talk about the actual detailing and techniques or about the cars than hear crappy songs. Otherwise keep up the good work.

  • great car

  • lol! @ 7:20, that is a perfect fitting song for this car lol

  • haha I know right! It's was a perfect ending lol

  • your amazing at what you do, that car looks showroom new.......better even. =D

  • Thanks a lot I really appreciate that :D

  • thats a confortable car...how much it cost (used) ??? nice vids..

  • Thanks a lot, they're prolly 10k-15k

  • how long does it take to detail the park avenue?

  • this one took about 4 hrs I believe

  • ah nice.

what products did u se to clean the interior?

and what did u use for chrome?

  • For the carpet I bought some carpet cleaner spray, OXY brand interior cleaner. For chrome, I usually just use wax, but you can buy chrome polish at any auto parts store

  • ohh i can use the wax i put on the car on the chrome too?

  • Oh yeah definitely, just not on like black plastic or anything like that, you can even use it on the headlights and taillights to bring out a shine!

  • theirs plastic bumper gaurds that go around the car , its ontop of the chrome, i waxed it though lol

are u saying its bad to wax plastic parts? like the mirros

  • no you can wax painted plastic parts only, don't wax anything that is like black rubber trim, stuff like that will trap the wax and it will dry into it making it very hard to get off.

  • thanks for the compliment for the Tech Wax 2.0....we have several new products coming out or even the NEW 2009 ones that I think you will LOVE! Great video.....wonderful work, I cannot wait to see future videos you have or even how you do it! : )

  • Thanks a lot, it's no problem, I love meguiars products and are always trying new stuff, so I'll definitely check them out. What is new for 2009??? I will definitely be having more details and how to videos in the future!

  • New 2009 items are: Ultimate Compound, SwirlX, ScratchX 2.0, Ultimate Quik Wax, Headlight Restoration Kit, Hot Shine Tire Kit, Supreme Shine Protectant, 3 Kit Clay Bar Replacement, W68 Backing Plate, W68DA Backing Plate, M205 Ultra Polish, W9207, W8207, W7207 pads....go to my site and look at anything entitled NEW 2009 to see videos on them!!! : D

  • Wow that's awesome! I'm definitely going to check out the videos, get things ready for this summer when I will begin my full time detailing at the dealership once again, it's sad that I don't have adequate accommodations to detail my car at school lol. THanks a lot for the info :D

  • meguiar, what products would u recomend for 1980s lxuury vehicles for exterior, vynal, and plush interiors

  • Well it is going to depend on what you want to do. If you are going the professional route, I would use a W5000 wool pad with the M105 compound, then the W8207 foam pad with M205 polish, then use the DA machine with the W9207 foam pad with M21 2.0 sealant with a spray of M135 to clean up. For the interior, the consumer Gold Class Rich Leather Conditioner and Cleaner works great for leather seats etc. If you just want to clean the surface, use the Quik Interior Detailer..:)

  • does nthe quick interior cleaner detaikler also provide a protectant layer for uv and stuff and give it some shine and restore colour?

my seats are plush, wht would u use for that?

  • the quik interior detailer only cleans....there is no UV protection with it, if you want that, use Meguiar's supreme shine protectant. If they are plus and leather, you can use the gold class cleaner and conditioner spray with a cotton towel.

  • very nice job love it

  • thanks man!

  • wow you are a great detailer

  • Hey thanks, much appreciated!!

  • what a nice car!! asesome vid!

  • Thanks dude I appreciate it

  • so ur aloud to joy ride the car? :p

  • Haha nah, I don't joyride them lol, my job often involves me picking up the owner's car and then returning it after I'm done :P

  • gotta love Buick's they last forever

  • That they do

  • Nice job man! you know it's to bad they replaced the park avenue with the lucerne. I had the lucerne over day ago as a rental and it handled prety good but the ride was actually pretty dissapionting. OH well. What did you think of it?

  • I'm not a lucerne fan myself, I think they look cheap :P I like the park avenue, it has power and a nice ride, very comfy as well. Nice car!

  • i want that park avenue!!!!!!

    lol

    nice job btw

  • Haha thanks man!
