This actually makes me wonder if there was a little more to the scene. I don't think they were going to take it TOO far, but maybe the bee was originally suppose to sting her in his apartment before they got ... where they wanted to go. They probably hadn't decided on the kiss yet so they filmed both, cause they seem pretty serious and professional in this, not like a blooper. (Crew is still silent.)
