See, if you are playing Wifi find game and you click 'world wide' then you'll be matched with anyone in the world who wants to play, if you click local, you'll be playing with people in the same country as you. Yes it does work. what you have to do to get the omega cannon is hit the button that has all you secondary weapons. while holding that button, instead of choose a secondary weapon, you then "press A" and let off. You will have the cannon then.
