Fantastic photo!
Every time you think you have seen all Bird photos, a new one pops up.
This one is particularly interesting, as it is taken from the stage, facing the audience, predominantly whites, incidentally.

@viggosimonsen Blacks didn't go downtown...lol. Never seen a photo of Parker, at least when he was "Parker" playing at the Savoy...etc. The folk listened to Bop, not dance to it.
