  • My eye sight and car's gas mileage have improved. Just kidding, we just got ours and are looking to get started.

  • its great no lowerback pain or sholder like before

  • wow she's an african american women. Why would she bring that up?

  • Kettlebell training is awesome I'm so glad to have gotten into this type of training in my 30's.

I used to think that is was all hype but I was wrong.

The explosive growth in popularity of Kettlebells proves that it works.

  • Hey, where can I get a pair of those straps that go on your hands so you don't get calluses? It seems like they go on your middle and ring finger and wrap around your rist. What are they called? Thanks

  • Actually, they are not straps. Most of us were using tape or socks. We don't wear them to keep from getting callouses. You want to have callouses, but you don't want them to blister or tear open due to the amount of volume at the RKC. You really want to build up the "toughness" of your hands so to speak.

  • Good job! Another great video by the RKC team. Amanda, with her beauty and charisma, is perfect for DragonDoor and she does an excellent job in representing these events. I hope to see her in more DragonDoor videos because she really has what it takes to be a great spokeswoman.

  • Great Video!!! It show the inspirational side of kettlebells. What they have done for people and what it can do for you. This is just another great video by the RKC team. Amanda is such a natural and the perfect spokesmodel for DragonDoor, RKC and Kettlebells. She is so beautiful. Wonderful work Amanda!!!

  • Good video, a lot of good stories and backgrounds that brings the community together!

  • Come on DRAGON DOOR your videos are getting to be like infomercials, full of nothing. What happened to HARD CORE as in Enter the Kettlebell? Maybe your local market wants to see meaningless backslapping but the rest in other parts of the world don't.

  • Dedication and motivation is what is represented by all the people in this video. I am truly blessed to be a part of this community! Tastefully done!

  • This is such a well done video. And all the people are friends of mine. Excellent and tasteful, thank you Spencer and Amanda.
