What LFC needs is not a def.midfielder. You need real wingers or creative midfielders. You always struggle as you try to play from the wings without having good players to do it. If you want to get good crosses to suarez carroll and kuyt you need players like Hulk, Gaitan or Adam Johnson, wingers who also score goals.If you want to play from the center, get Hamsik from Napoli or Eriksen from Ajax. Using bellamy, suarez, kuyt and M.Rodriguez on the wing won't get LFC back to the place it belongs

I'm a FcPorto fan, he always goes on tackles with both feet but I think I never saw him getting sent off by that, he normally hits the ball.. Surely one of the most underrated midfielders in europe, he is always where he needs to be, always predicts where the ball will go and wins almost every one-on-one balls..

He looks solid enough to do the job, but will he be able to adapt to english football as fast as we need him to ? Even Lucas took his time to adjust. Dont get me wrong, i see his talent in predicting moves and he get in it well too, but in the BPL the attack comes in much faster then what he is used to. plus all those timed sliding tackles in the middle of the park wont really fly with the refs over here once he is in a LFC kit..

Good poacher (and excellent finisher, fs his stats from this season are anything to go by), a regular in the national squad, young and appears to be built to withstand the physical nature of the premier league. Has a few tricks up his sleeves too, and is rumored to be linked with us as well as other premier league teams such as Tottenham. Better we get him than them!
