the other side of the peltier elements can be cooled with the water from your hydroxy cells

i would suggest a trike respecting your design but instead of just adding hho and gasoline vapours inside the engine you could fabricate a huge exhaust muffler for the moped and then collect the exhaust heat of your engine by mounting some peltier elements on the body of the muffler to get energy from heat,that you could later on use for a second hydroxy cell that you could add to the trikes engine "intake manifold"

@rebekciuh - That's Right .... Good call.... 2/3 of energy is wasted right out the tail pipe... So lets use it... Maybe Wood Gas - Gasification - Steam .... And a stove for my coffee pot.... :)

I would suggest you look into recumbent trikes, either tadpole or delta style. Atomiczombie's site has a lot of good ideas
