@YAWNxD Thank u! Well, what I tried to do here was to play as close as I could to the MELODY rather than the groove, paying special attention to the bass line. I guess that's why it sounds interesting without overplaying; I also tried to picture the dancers in my head :D, you have to play in a way that makes people AT LEAST tap their toes ;-).

Wow, Im overwhelmed by your kind words :), thank you! I've been playing for 19 years now. About the covers I enjoy playing less notes now :D, I used to be all about complicated stuff and speed but not anymore, I heard that happens to all drummers as they grow old.

hello! your stick grip is kinda interesting, could you explain how you do rolls ( for example at 3:18, it looks like your index finger has very gentle and somehow odd touch to the stick, its just pointing out sometimes, how you manage good stick control if your index finger is almost not touching to the stick? just curious :) good sounds and good job with this legendary piece of pop music! go and check my videos and drop some comment :P

Thanx 4 ur words man :), I hold my sticks mostly with my thumb and MIDDLE fingers so I use the index one to control the bouncing (I bounce the stick a LOT), I never took a lesson so yeah..., I play a bunch of weird things.
