This video was shot by Graeme Whifler, who made all of The Residents video as their in-house film-maker. In the interview he gave me for my Tuxedomoon biography (Music For Vagabonds - The Tuxedomoon Chronicles) Graeme explained the various technical problems coupled with "Winston not having done his homework" that resulted in this obviously, well, not perfect lip-sync...

@IsabelleCorbisier I have been meaning to read that. Can't wait. Funny about the lip-syncing. I always thought that it was intentional, much like the faux lip-syncing in The Residents' "It's a Man's World." It gives an unsettling effect. I had the VHS with this, the One-Minute Movies, Third Reich and Roll, the old Renaldo & The Loaf video, Snakefinger's Black Sedan, etc. A different world huddled in front of a TV seeing all these people for the first time. Different, but not better.
