The video owner has to provide a link that people can click and it lets you add annotations. However, to keep the videos from flooding with annotation spam, I keep the link up only for around 2 weeks after I first upload a video. Sorry. If you want to add fan annotations keep an eye open for when ever I upload a video. Every time I upload a new moment video I keep the link open for two weeks.

You have to download a program or use a site that will download YouTube videos and convert them into a viewable/editable file. If you Google Youtube to video converter or youtube downloader you'll find a few possible downloaders. Out of the ones I've tried, the one from DVDVideoSoft(dot)com works is what I currently use. But there's always a chance of getting a bug or something when downloading programs you don't know.

That wasn't my comment. Do you really think I post all of these comments? I'm not THAT annotation crazy. Since you've apparently haven't heard the story. For about two weeks after I release a fan video I open-up annotations to everyone then after 2 weeks I close it so it won't get even more spammy than it already is. XD

Right when I upload a video I open it up to fan annotations for 2 weeks after the upload date. After that I close it back up so things don't spam up... more then they already do.

If you don't want to watch the video with annotations then feel free to turn them off. I'm sorry but it's as simple as that. People actually like the fan annotation thing and it's not like it's hard to watch videos without them. Why take away something from others who like it when it can easily be turned on and off by the user's will? If you don't know how to turn them off then feel free to check my channel which features a video of how to do such a thing.
